HPM18V capacitance diaphragm gauges use ceramic sensors as sensitive components and use vacuum connections to directly sense pressure signals. Ceramics have the characteristics of the high elasticity, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and fast heat dissipation, which make the transmitter have very good thermal stability and extremely low-temperature drift.
The corrosion-resistant ceramic sensor has excellent zero stability and is expected to last for millions of pressurization cycles, including bursts of atmospheric pressure. Exclusive sensor shielding (patent pending) prevents instrument contamination from the process. Rugged mechanical design and digital electronics improve electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), long-term stability, and temperature compensation.All stainless steel shells.
