Product Overview:
HYM6080 Magnetic Liquid Level Transmitter is comprised with stainless feeler lever and signal processing circuit. There is a series of precise resistance in the feeler lever. There is a magnetic driving switch every 10mm, every 5mm also optional. The circuit board contains a resistance and a switch , which are with the same length and range, and both are compressed and set in the feeler lever of transmitter. The feeler lever of transmitter is fixed in the main conduit lateral of magnetic control float liquid level meter or magnetic flap liquid level meter by bundling form to make them in the same magnetic coupling system. When the magnetic float moves up and down with the liquid level, the magnetic driving switch matching with liquid level in the feeler lever acts under the effect of internal magnetic fields of float. Then the resistance value of resistance chain changes, and transforms the changed resistance signal to 4-20mADC standard signal output by signal conditioning module. This signal can be connected with microcomputer industrial intelligent controller conveniently for use or with other secondary instruments to achieve the display, control, adjustment and alarm aim. This product can be widely used in the industrial process control, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy and other industries, especially for the liquid level measurement and signal output in the high temperature and high pressure occasions.
