HTP130 surface temperature sensor has built-in a PT100 sensor, can be used to detect the motor, reducer surface temperature, also can be used for other mechanical and electrical equipment surface temperature measurement.The sensor adopts four-wire resistance signal output to meet the requirements of temperature measuring instruments using two-wire system, three-wire system or four-wire system

Operating Principle:
PT100 temperature measuring element has been built-in the sensor, which reflects the actual temperature on the surface of the device by using the characteristic of PT100 linearly changes its resistance value with temperature.When the sensor is placed on the surface of the device to be measured, the temperature of the measured surface is transmitted to the internal temperature measuring element, thereby changing the resistance value of the temperature measuring element. By measuring the resistance value of the temperature measuring element, the temperature of the device to be measured is indirectly measured. Method of Application:
There has a hole with 4.3mm diameters in temperature sensor, try to install in the place without coal, water and other objects splashed, through bolts or screws tightly installed on the surface of the device under test.The tail signal lead wire should be well protected, can not be stressed, so as not to damage the internal wiring
Sensor Connection
The sensor is equipped with four-core shielded cable leads, two red and two white. The two red wires are connected together internally, and the two white wires are connected together internally.The sensor adopts the four-wire output form, which can be conveniently connected with the secondary instruments using the two-wire, three-wire and four-wire connection methods.
