Product Overview:

HPM1500 Thin-film Sputtering Pressure Transmitter adopts sputtering technology as pressure sensitive element, to produce micro lever resistance film by the way of molecular bonding on the 17-4PH stainless steel membrane which directly acted by pressure medium.
Then it creates the required Wheatstone Bridge through microelectronic process to constitute all metal type sensitive element without any adhesive and moving components, no sealing cavity, no oil filling cavity. So it is very suitable to be used in hostile environment with the long-term high stability.
The product is widely used in aerospace, transportation, engineering machinery, hydraulic power, petrochemical, generator set, metallurgical manufacturing, medical equipment, food processing and other various automatic control and measurement industries.

·Metal elastomer and strain material sputtering technology replaces pasting technology, without moving, without ageing, great temperature characteristic
·Wide range for operation temperature: regular products -40~125ºC, special products-55ºC~180ºC
·Great long-term stability, strong impact resistance for instantaneous pressure
·Maximal measurable pressure 200MPa
