HPM88 pressure transmitter adopts capacitive ceramic measuring unit. This measuring unit ensures economical, reliable and safe process control in pressure instrumentation and customized applications.
Ceramics have the characteristics of high elasticity, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, fast heat dissipation, etc., which makes the pressure transmitter have very good thermal stability and can be used normally in the range of -40 to 125 degrees Celsius with low temperature drift. At the same time, the overload resistance can reach dozens of times of the full range under small range, which solves the problem of poor overload capacity in small range and is very suitable for micro-pressure measurement.
Moreover, since ceramic sensors do not have any filling liquid and will not produce process pollution, they are also widely used in food, medicine and other industries. If matched with a corrosion-resistant pressure-inducing shell, this product can also be used for the measurement of corrosive media such as strong acids and alkalis.
