HPM81 single crystal silicon differential pressure transmitter adopts single crystal silicon sensor chip made by advanced German MEMS technology and the world's original single crystal silicon double beam suspension design, achieving internationally leading high accuracy, ultra-high overpressure performance and excellent stability. The built-in professional signal processing module realizes the perfect combination of static pressure and temperature compensation, and can provide extremely high measurement accuracy and long-term stability under a wide range of static pressure and temperature changes.
